KastleResident allows residents to remotely unlock doors, providing virtual escorts for visitors or resolving after-hours lockouts with just a tap. The app verifies your decision using TouchID or a personal PIN, ensuring authorized access.

Visitor Management

With KastleResident, residents have the power to easily and quickly pre-register visitors through the app. Whether it's one-time, recurring, or "Friends & Family" visitors, you can streamline the check-in process by entering their names, contact information, and arrival/departure details. Please note that this option is enabled by your property management.

Occupancy Data and Community Engagement

Stay informed about your community with KastleResident's occupancy data feature. Check if the fitness center is busy or if neighbors are congregating on the roof deck, all at your fingertips. KastleResident is available as a free download for residents in Kastle-serviced communities. It is administered by your property management team through the myKastle Multifamily portal.
